Policy on Payment Information for First-Time Clients
To ensure the smooth operation of our scheduling and cancellation procedures, we require all first-time clients to provide a valid credit card on file before their initial session.
This policy is in accordance with our cancellation policy, which stipulates that any cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid incurring a fee.
Having a card on file helps us maintain fair and efficient service times for all clients and our therapists.
