Policy on Payment Information for First-Time Clients
To ensure the smooth operation of our scheduling and cancellation procedures, we require all first-time clients to provide a valid credit card on file before their initial session. This policy is in accordance with our cancellation policy, which stipulates that any cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid incurring a fee. Having a card on file helps us maintain fair and efficient service for all clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify the office, by phone, 48 hours in advance if you will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, for any reason. That way, clients who are in need of treatment can be seen as soon as possible. Clients that have scheduled an appointment & notify the office 24 hours in advance for canceling/ rescheduling will be assessed a $35 fee. Same day cancellations and no shows will be subject to the full service amount.
Gift Voucher Policy
All purchases are final. No refunds. Gift Vouchers and/or Account payments are non-refundable. Gift Vouchers hold no cash value and expire within one year of purchase date. Thank you.
