Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage is tailored for pregnant women to relieve pregnancy discomforts. It focuses on areas like the lower back and legs, using safe techniques to improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and promote relaxation. Consult with a healthcare provider before getting a prenatal massage, especially with high-risk conditions.

Women looking to relax tense muscle, improve circulation and ease back pain throughout their pregnancy should get prenatal massage. Hot Stone is not recommended for expectant mothers.
